We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery- no questions asked.

To initiate a return, simply contact us at HayRideFX@gmail.com with your order details and we will guide you through the process.

Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

Custom Built Items Custom built and made-to-order items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. If your custom item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us and we will make it right.

Damaged or Defective Items If any non-custom item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage.

Information We Collect When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and payment information. Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe — we never see or store your credit card details.

Shipping Policy

Free shipping is included on all standard products within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). Custom and made-to-order items are priced individually — please contact us at HayRideFX@gmail.com for a shipping quote prior to placing your order. We do not ship internationally.
